# Hey all!! I’m very new to the plant community, and I have a baby…

Hey all!! I’m very new to the plant community, and I have a baby rubber plant here, when my boyfriend bought it for me it definitely had spider mites 😭 butttt I used water/hydrogen peroxide to water it and used neem oil and have been using microfiber gloves to clean and dust, but it has some of these spots on it, I’m not sure if these are spider mite related or if there is anything else that could be happening! So happy to be here :)

The first pic might be a little sunburn? Mine has had that too and it hasn’t progressed or anything. Here’s a pic to compare. Those other little dots could be past damage from the spider mites but as long as it doesn’t get worse you should be good.
