Wow is that a cactus, it’s beautiful and exotic 😂

Mine did the same. Thought it was too close to the grow light. I tried trimming off the dried yellow parts but never looked good so ended up tossing it last week. Yours is larger than mine and looks really good. Hope you can save it. I hated to get rid of mine. Gotta get another one.

check to see how the roots are doing - some additional info would help diagnose any problems as well:  
how often do you water? what kind of light does it get? what kind of soil is it in? how long have you had it? etc..

Did you find out what was happening? Mine is turning yellow too. Do they need to be watered more than a cactus?
