Help help  
Can anyone tell me if my plant is showing overwater or underwater symptoms? I not quite sure. I feel like maybe over cause the leaves are moist and baby plant underneath is falling over..  
Can someone recommend on what I should do first?😩

It looks like over. Just let the soil fully dry out before you water again. If you have a pencil or a wooden a small wooden stake you can use that to figure out how moist the soil is.
