a nice lady gave me a monstera cutting and these are on them, i'm now sure what to do or what it is or how to treat, plz help! (posting a part 2 with more photos of other plants after this)

looks j like burn damage- just give your leaves a really good clean

No, it's actually a Monstera Variegated Albo! she gave me a ton of stuff! she gave me 2 cuttings of variegated albo syngonium, a long cutting of Thai constellation monstera that I cut into 4 pieces and made 2 seperate plants out of, 2 cuttings of variegated epipremnum pinnitum albo - all that she imported from Thailand because she's originally from there, then gave me a long string of hearts that touches my floor, and 2 cactus's
