That looks like possibly flowerpot parasol. It's a harmless mushroom that loves potted plant conditions. You can kill it with fungicide, but that isn't usually necessary. It can indicate overwatering if it makes mushrooms often, but otherwise it means your soil is healthy

You could try taking the top layer of soil out and replacing it. Also bottom watering would help not get this problem again and keep it from spreading.
