Hello friends! Does anybody know what could be happening to my money tree? I did a diagnosis with planta and it says that I could be overwatering the plant. Is this how money trees look when you overwater them?

I don’t know really anything about these plants but it almost looks like you might have spider mites but it’s hard for me to tell if it’s that or dust in the pictures. If not spider mites I hope someone else can help you out!
