# anyone know what could be causing these brown spots? they are…

anyone know what could be causing these brown spots? they are scattered over my birds nest fern. some are on the end of leaves and some are on the middle. at first, i thought it was due to too much light so moved her but can’t tell if it made a difference- will these spots go away? thanks!

I have similar marks on my crispy wave at the fern tips. I chalked it up to over fertilizing - a mistake I made after repotting (the fertilizer was too strong!). I haven’t seen the damage spread. Not sure what your experience is with fertilizing?

Could also be low humidity
