# Hey everyone! I recently saved this dracaena reflexa from the grocery…

Hey everyone!  
I recently saved this dracaena reflexa from the grocery store. As you can see it was pretty down bad. I figured out that it was overwater and ton! Since i got it, it has shed all of its leaves. It was soft to the touch but is now firm. Do you think i can save it? What do you all recommend? I haven’t watered it in 19 days so it can dry out

You should check for root rot. You can look up signs of root rot on YouTube or Google, because if it’s been overwatered part of the reason, for the loss of leaves could be the fact of root rot.

I checked the roots when i repotted a couple weeks ago and haven’t watered since i got it because it was so wet. The roots looked healthy to me! I think it is getting somewhat better because the stalks have firmed up and aren’t soft when squeezed anymore

Ok hope it dose better going forward Also another thing that I forgot to mention what it could’ve been pests but I’m glad it’s getting better.
