It’s completely normal! It’s mold. Things like lack of sunlight, persistently moist soil, and poor soil drainage can cause this because mold loves dark and damp places. It’s completely harmless but you may think it’s unattractive so it’s fine to try to get rid of it by sprinkling cinnamon on the soil! To me it looks more fuzzy versus like insect eggs or insects themselves! I hope this helps!!
