what are these and how do i get rid of them? its a spider plant and i already moved it away from the rest of my plants after making sure they didnt have any on them

Looks like spider mites or aphids…Spray the plant with water really good to try and get as many off as you can, then clean each leaf front and back with alcohol with a cotton ball. The tough areas of the plant you may need a q- tip.. then spray plant with neem oil and keep it ISOLATED from your other plant babies… but check them and spray them with neem oil as a preventative measure.. keep check on this plant and just spray with neem oil…hope this helps good luck

They're not spider mites, there are no webs that I can see. Looks to me like aphids. Spray the plant off with a firm stream of water to blast those little buggers off then treat with all seasons oil. Sometimes just moving it outdoors into indirect light can do the trick. Assuming you're in a warm enough zone to allow that.

The warm weather will bring out a hatching of aphid quickly. They just magically appear in the hundreds or thousands.
