# Does anybody else have a bird of paradise whose leaves grow out all…

_Posted by Romi on 2026-03-21_

Does anybody else have a bird of paradise whose leaves grow out all crinkled? This has happened to every new leaf since I got this plant 3 years ago, where the second half of the leaf that takes the longest to unfurl comes out crinkled. I have it right in front of an east facing window with a grow light, and am running a humidifier 70% of the time.
