The right definitely looks like damage, which is why I asked if it was present. I've seen more than a few in the store like this. Or they are just very small cuts that aren't noticed, but as the plant grows and or goes to less humidity, they become more prominent. Because of the yellowing on the edges I'd treat with a 1:3 dilution of peroxide every 3 days for 3 times. Just to make sure there's no fungal issue.

Do i treat my plant on the leafs or the soil??

The plant foliage. I will usually sprits the top of the soil as well. Just to cover my bases. If it still worsens, I will usually unpot to check the roots aren't mushy or anything. If they are i will spray down the roots after removing any mushy ones. And then repot in New soil. And continue treating the foliage.

The right picture looks like environmental damage. The left picture could be a fungal issue. Treat it with a fungicide if you think this is correct and wipe down the leaves periodically just to get the dust off. Apparently keeping the leaves clean can inhibit both disease and pests.

You treat wherever the fungus is. Treat the roots for root rot and treat the leaves for fungus on the leaves.
