Hey! This plant is my ice cream bean plant, it has been growing healthy and fast! But lately I’ve been noticing tiny pests in them and some leaves look like their being eaten! If you guys know how to fix this please tell me!!

Have you tried wiping it down with Neeme oil?

Neem oil and diatomaceous earth or soil

I tried but the neem oil didn't work at all and killed my other ice cream bean plant
