# Hello, last week I found this plant in the trash, and the water was…

Hello, last week I found this plant in the trash, and the water was pretty dirty so I changed the water and that’s everything that I did, I don’t know if I should move it to a pot because of all the roots that it has already and I can see that is not growing anymore, any recommendations on what to do?

Awesome find! I think either would work. I recommend washing the roots gently with fresh water if you haven’t already and if you keep it in water I usually add a bit of miracle grow every other month (or when the app tells me lol) and I clean the roots and trim if needed at the same time.  
If you transfer to a pot I think it would still be fine! Just make sure to get a pot with enough space for the root ball as you would normally! That’s just what works for me tho!
