# I got a pretty sad looking Philodendron White Knight today… but he…

I got a pretty sad looking Philodendron White Knight today… but he seems to have lots of new leaves growing.

I’m not entirely sure what to do about the rest of it though. Lots of broken leaves, stems without leaves. What can I do to clean him up a bit? Or should I just leave it and let it do its thing?

Eh I’d chop the ugly leaves but I don’t think it’s necessary. As long as the damage isn’t from pests I think you can do whatever

Try to remove the stems, they will often eventually start to rot. I would wait to chop any ugly leaves back until you know it's not gonna shock and start dropping leaves.

Sorry but that’s not a white knight. Maybe a white wizard. Knight has burgundy stems. Same care though.

Oh interesting! I see the difference now… so weird! All the tags White Knight. Either way, it’s a cool plant! Thanks
