# Help with cat palm! My cat palm has been unproblematic until recently…

Help with cat palm! My cat palm has been unproblematic until recently where I’m seeing some leaf turn yellow and some with some black spots on them. It also looks like it’s leaning. I don’t overwater it and I make sure it’s drained. I wonder if it’s cause it’s sitting under a vent. I do see some new growths though! Any suggestions/ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

Check for pest. Particularly thrips. I had my palm near a sick plant which I believe was the host. The insect killing soap and the neem oil saved my plants.
