# I truly cannot seem to keep this syngonium happy. Idk what happened…

_Publicado por Plant lover1 el 2025-02-11_

I truly cannot seem to keep this syngonium happy. Idk what happened but it just started declining and I can't get it to stop!! I've chopped and restarted and put it in a mini greenhouse to try to up humidity and give it a new chance. ANY recommendations or advice??😩You can see how much it's wilted in the last few months...it's pretty drastic!

I’m fighting with my syngoniums right now as well! What’s your light situation, I find they do best right in a bright window

I have them in a greenhouse with a grow light right now, but before they were in a bright window-or in front of my barrina grow light (usually ab 14 hrs). Could the grow light be too strong? I figured it was lack of humidity that made it crisp up but maybe it's too much light?

It could be a combination? What was the root situation like, mine got crispy when it root bound itself up in the pot

The roots looked amazing! Not a single thing wrong with them! Only the leaves were yellowing/drooping and dying
