Almost looks like a bacterial or fungal infection

Check out black spot (but first see what others say). I had that run through my entire Plant family; what a pain in the tutu! So if you determine that’s what your plants have, you need to quarantine this plant and I would treat all your plants with a series of neem or a copper fungicide sprays. Good luck. 😊💚🪴
