Not the best photo. But what would cause my anthuriums leaves to be turning like this all of a sudden? It’s in a self watering pot and in a greenhouse

Hello,  
Usually a yellow ring is fungal. What is your airflow like? Is it on all leaves or just the oldest?

I have a small like computer fan running in here in the corner. And it just started happening almost overnight on all the leaves
