It doesn’t look very alive but it might be able to come back? What happened to it

The leaves turned yellow one by one and I cut them off down to these last 2 that turned at the same time. It has been repotted in well draining soil, in a nursery pot and not overwatered so I am stumped 🤔. I put it under a grow light so I guess I will wait and see 🤷🏽‍♀️

Dig it out and put it in water for few months until new roots come out
