Im worried about my baby rubber. It got a laceration in its leaf and theres white stuff crawling up its base. Its happening with my pothos too. Im new to being a plant mom and I just wanna do a good job. I just wanna know whats happening and how i can fix it.

Those look like spider mites. If you have a microfiber cloth. Wipe leave front and back, then spray with neem oil dish soap and water combo. Spray 2 times a week until pests are no longer
