That’s a small pot for a big plant - when was the last time you repotted? My dracaena drops leaves when it dries out but it’s not uncommon for older leaves to drop. I would also check for spider mites.

When plants drop leaves I usually like to check 3 different things. 1 I’ll check to see if the soil is good sometimes it dries out and you need new soil 2nd I check lighting 3 I’ll even take it out of its pot and look at the roots. You want your roots to be 1-2 inches smaller than the pot my fiddle fig was dropping leaves turns out it needed a bigger pot. So always check the roots they will tell you what you need to know.
