Some leaves of my Aloe Vera have this kind of black dots on them. If I try to rub them with a wet tissue nothing comes off. Others are becoming yellow and I don’t really know what it could be.
Help please 🙏

Is it getting enough sun, something has caused the stems to get punctured so since the aloe Vera plant is known to heal, whatever has got to your stems it’s trying hard to heal itself. Try some neem oil to see if it will help it just in case a pest caught hold to it. Worth a shot

The brown color is sun stress. I’m assuming it’s getting enough sunlight based on the color. It looks dehydrated on many leaves based on the flat leaves and the scrolled/folded leaves. Check for root bound conditions and water more often. The leaves will plump up when fully watered. Repot if it’s root bound.
