Just put my swiss cheese from living in just a jar and water into a pot with soil. So far it’s not looking to good and it’s been a couple weeks. I keep the soil moist. Is it ok or am I just inpatient?

Idk but that pot looks too big and also what kind of soil is that? I don’t see any perlite or orchid bark so my thought it that much soil and that kind of soil is holding onto a lot of water and the plant is basically drowning

Oh and it’s Miracle Grow Potting Soil of sorts

Nice good luck! Plants are super durable so once it’s set up in its new home, it’ll come back to being great

Check out the “kill this plant” YouTube channel. This guy teaches a lot about monsteras and he has mine doing well
