Check your soil, looks to be overwatered. Maybe a dense soil mix or too much sitting water creating root rot and not enough oxygen, that’s why it’s wilting.

I second possible root rot.

Does that pot have drainage holes? If not, repot it in a plastic nursery pot with holes and then set that pot inside the pretty decorative pot. (All my indoor plants are potted this way). Then when the top layer of soil is dry, remove the inner pot and water until it drains out the holes. Let it stop dripping and return to decorative pot.

My peace lilies get watered every 10 to 12 days. Watering weekly is probably too much for your baby.
