# Just wanting some advice here—my bird if paradise has been trying to…

Just wanting some advice here—my bird if paradise has been trying to push these out for a few months. I think they’re too low to just help open the leaf??? Is there anything I can do to help the plant? Should I just leave it?

And that leaf has been half open for a few months like that.

Wrap a slightly damp towel around it. There are YouTube videos about this too, specifically with birds of paradise

Ok. I’ve heard of that for stuck leaves but I didn’t know if this was too low to do that yet or not. I will definitely give it a go!
