HELP! is this a mealy bug on my monstera adonsonaii, if so what do i do?

Neem oil is safe to use on monsteras and will kill mealy bugs

Alcohol on mealy bugs will kill them. Get a qtip and dunk it in Alcohol and rub it on the mealy if it turns yellow then its a mealy (i can't tell exactly from this picture) but if its white and looks kinda like cotton it mealy bugs. Spray the whole plant down in Alcohol get in all the creases and all over the leaves and stems. Do this once every 5 days until gone. I'd change the soil too and check all your other plants as well. Good luck!!
