While older leaves look very healthy

Any idea why?

It looks like its in to big of a pot. And looks dry however not in some spots but idk if thats the reason. They love humidity and distilled water.

Mine was doing this as well until I started bottom watering. I put mine in a pot too big as well. Also pebble trays help majorly
