Looks more like thrips damage to me

It could possibly be edema or damage from the leaves getting wet on the succulents. When succulent leaves get wet and stay so, and are exposed to direct sun or bright light, they can get burned in small parts, and in larger cases, the whole leaf is damaged. Edema could be the case with the elephant bush if there’s been a change in the humidity or temperatures in the place it’s been in lately. Bottom watering the plants instead of watering them over top could help with the succulents. By bottom watering, I mean placing the plant into a cup/bowl/container, fill the container with water, and let the plant suck the water up from the drainage holes. That might sound silly, but doing so and setting a 10-20 minute timer, then taking it out to dry is a common way to water succulents and other plants that need to keep their leaves dry. As for the elephant bush, if it is edema, make sure it’s not in a spot that’s near draft windows, frequently opening doors, or air vents; anything that can change the temperature or humidity levels for the plant. Aerating the soil should also help with any edema. In the case of edema, don’t remove the leaves until the edema stops spreading to other leaves.

Ahhhh this makes so much sense as water gets trapped right in those areas. I bottom water most of my plants, I’ll start bottom watering these!! Thank you!
