I ordered this Thai con from BWH plant co and upon receiving it had a few flawed spots, it was still moist so I didn’t water it and just put it in bright indirect light.
Over 4 days the the flawed spots got bigger and one more showed up and the plant is now completely laying over and leaves are flimsy.
They gave me a refund as they said it seems like the transit/temperature put it under too much stress.
Is there anything I can do to help/save this one?
Give me all your advice!

Do all the leaves have those blemishes? I would get rid of all of the leaves with any black spots. The one that’s the most upright looks okay (from here) I’d leave that one and try to let the plant focus its energy on the semi healthy leaves

Also check the roots to make sure they are still ok. If the roots are rotted, I would trim the rot off and put the plant in water until it sends out new roots.

Don’t get rid of the leaves too soon. They are needed for photosynthesis. The spots won’t hurt the plant if it is a heat burn. Cut them after the plant puts out more leaves.

Travel and relocation to a new environment can cause stress on plants making them look tired and limp. Give it time to adjust. Water after the soil dries.

It’s stressed out but not bad at all, I suggest cutting back. Helps promote new growth but I’d leave the upright and secondary leaflets and cut the weeping leaves to help promote faster new and upright growth. Proper watering, some sunlight and a little fertilizer will go a long way!
