Help!! Just got a new monstera and surprised it looks Veriegated!!! There’s no verigation on the stem so worried it’s a disease🫣 I’ve kept it away from my other plants just incase but please can anyone help!?

It’s either variegation or a nutrient deficiency, but I’m no expert. I don’t think it’s a disease, I guess wait to see if it happens again on another leaf.
