My philodendron Rogo Congo has weird damage to the leaves. I’m not sure if it’s a fungus. I know that it doesn’t have any pests. Has anyone else had this happen?

It could be pest or damage

Look out for thrips and mites

That is definitely pests sense it’s not a pattern In the damage marks it’s more random maybe mites !
