I got this succulent on sale today from Lidl and I was wondering if the spots on the leaves looks like it’s from any pests or fungus(which I doubt because the soil incredibly dry). I always quarantine new plants, but I’m unsure how to actually detect pests 😅

Is it pests, or just uncaring lack of needs being stuck inside Lidl?

Plant looks like it’s been handled badly. The marks appear to be physical damage. It’s even missing a couple top leaves. The dry soil is actually the correct method for most succulents. It does not look dehydrated. Its leaves would be wrinkling. It’s an echeveria so they should not be watered until the soil is completely dry. And it will need lots of light.
