I told my brother I’d seek wisdom from this group. This isn’t my Ti Plant but it looks pretty stressed. They’re in Dallas and it sits in a window.

Any thoughts? Looks like underwatering to me but I don’t know the plant well.

😬 not looking good… I’d remove all the soil carefully with a chopstick, checking the roots and removing any that are mushy, spray the roots with hydrogen peroxide and repot in an all purpose potting mix with additional drainage (perlite \& orchid bark)  
A lot of those leaves will eventually need cut back also.

My sister bought me one and left it in her car for a few hours in the heat and sun. It did this 😅
