They can be really difficult to take care of as they just do better in their natural environment. I’d say watch some vids and do your best. Airflow helps with fungal/ bacterial disease control, maybe your bathroom is too humid for the palm? Not sure what zone you are in but mine is doing well outdoors (zone 9b). So we brought them inside. Did you check the roots? Unless you had just watered the soil looks pretty wet…what is it potted in? At the very least, give her a trim and cut off the brown fronds. It could be the chemicals if you're using tap water. When they were outside did you have them in the Sun or the shade. I would recommend the shade. Also you're the first person I've heard of that opens their Windows to let the humidity in!
