I can’t see it. Changing the soil is a good idea.

They are white and rather small. I circled a few of them. My friend suggested using her pesticide

yeah i’d change the soil. they could be living there because of high humidity or something like that

It’s hard to tell but from experience they can be fungus gnats. There at the pupil stage. Or it can be another pest. But change soil and do dry backs to avoid for future.
