I’d take a look at the roots and check for root rot or bugs, it could also need more humidity

The majority of it looks okay. I'd put it in a water tray for a few days to rehydrate, then let the water dry up, and rewater a day or two after it dries up. Using Maxsea fertilizer, diluted to like 1/4- 1/8th has helped a lot in rehabbing bad carni cases, and pitcherless plants.

It has some large ones that look sad :( but it does have atleast 1-2 happy small ones

I would clip those off, they will eventually brown all the way out and won't help bring nutrients. It will also stop the plant from focusing energy on them. And put energy into the new ones

maybe Getting too dry at all times. Were from Florida so its humid and Rainy often (for the most part) and The ones ive alwayd seen Are always in water in a type of moss. Ive seen ppl leave theirs in hanging baskets With soil so im sure they can handle a bit of dryness But for the most part I always Seen them in moss with a Lil container filled with a bit of water
