Crop circles on my Neon Pothos 🛸👽

What on earth could’ve caused this?! Looks like it’s the only leaf affected but there’s some brown goo on the underside I’ve noticed too.

Is it under a grow light? Ive seen this on orchids that are placed too close under a grow light.
