please help me with my emerald lace plectranthus. the leaves keep browning and falling off, leaving it looking sad and leggy. south facing window, watered once the pot feels pretty light, no signs of pests. this was one of my mom's plants so i need it to survive.

I wish I had some advice. Im a new plant mom and trying different things as well but it’s a beautiful plant and wish you the best with it!
