Weird Leaf on my Monstera

I noticed a few weeks ago or so now, that theres One leaf on my large monstera that is discolored, seems to have pest damage, and actually has a few dead fruitflies (might not be, but its my best guess) on it. I haven't noticed any pests this whole season, and no other plants, or even parts of this monstera seem to be effected. Thoughts and tips?

If all the other leaves look healthy, it’s probably just dying off it’s completely normal
