Anyone know what’s wrong with my corn plant? The leaves have been turning brown and I feel like it’s slowing dying. Also the soil is turning that chalky white color but I believe that’s just minerals from the tap water correct? What do I need to do differently? It only gets bright indirect light

Try cut the dead leaves off and there this guy on YouTube Sheffield Made Plants - I Rescued a dying plant

Have you fed it recently? If not, maybe it needs fed?
