What in the world is in my banana trees soil?? 🤯🤯🤯 (the weird small gray bug in the middle by the light colored piece of mulch all swarmed out when I watered it so I dumped my neem mixture into the soil)

Pillbugs/sowbugs. They love damp, moist soil and feed on decay wood, they can however feed on live plants if they are in large numbers. Not usually the case, Neem would work, if that is what you used.

Haha nice, they are beneficial and help decompose dead plant matter, I wouldn’t have one as a pet but there’s people out there that do 😝

If this is a pillbug, which it does look like, the it’s not going to be harmful to your plant. Some people even put these in terrariums to keep them healthy!
