I was spraying insecticide on my indoor plants and these weird wormlike things came out from the soil of one of my pothos. Anyone know what they are? Or how to deal with them?

These look like fungus gnat larvae to me, but also look too big to be fungus gnat larvae. Not sure if the scale.
