Okay, do we not have this neem oil anywhere? I see it suggested all the time but I can’t find it up here in BC! I need to find something as well..

I use an all-natural plant fertilizer from Bios Nutrients, a Canadian company, which also sells diatomaceous earth (you mix with water and spray on leaves). I steer clear of pesticides.
