# my aloe plant that i’ve had for a while now all of a sudden got this…

my aloe plant that i’ve had for a while now all of a sudden got this brown hue to it. any ideas as to what’s the problem?  
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Aloes turn green/brown when under stress from: excess sunlight, watering issues, diseases and insects.  
\- Limit the amount of direct sunlight it’s getting if the leaves are brown and firm.  
\- Brown soft, bendy leaves are signs of overwatering. Reduce watering frequency and ensure it’s in a good draining soil mix  
\- Brown dry leaves are signs of under watering  
\- Check for root rot and pests.

Looks like it got a bit sunburnt! You just need to give it some space from the window for a bit :)
