Found these bugs under my umbrella tree pot. Please help 🙏 I am so new to plants i have no idea!  
I thought they were fleas and freaked out so the plant is having a timeout in the garden 😂

It's definitely not a flea. The pictures a little fuzzy and there are so many beetles that look very similar. But fleas look entirely different.

I'm thinking it looks more like a house bug than a plant bug.
