Are these thrips? 😭 help I’ve never had pests before. I thought this succulent was just unhappy because I’ve neglected watering it for a long time.  
I can’t attach the video but they are tiny and crawling around the leaves

Tiny white things crawling around are probably thrips.. I’m currently dealing with a case of them 🙁😖
