Why is there a white plant growing with the other peppers? And why is my cucumber wrinkling? Also why is my carrots not growing straight???

Carrots should be direct sown when soil temperature is 80\*F then once this size they can be thinned out to give each carrot enough space to grow. I’ll thin them a few times during the growing process to check the size of them too.  
Can’t explain the white sprout but I would let it grow out of curiosity due to the fact that it has a genetic mutation that caused the lack of chlorophyll.  
The cucumbers should be fine but I’d get them into the ground soon
