Hi all…I don’t know what’s going on with my pitcher plant. He was thriving…grew some big pitchers and new leaves in the spring. Now he’s starting to turn yellow and many of his pitchers are shriveling up. 🙁 I haven’t changed anything in his routine. Any ideas?

No ideas here as I’ve never had a carnivorous plant, but I loveeeee your pitcher plant and hope you can figure out what’s going on!

Is he getting proper nutrients? I only just got a neprenthes this week but I know they like to be watered 1-2 times a week, high humidity, and they need a bit of water poured into their jugs on top of some food. Idk if this helps at all but that’s what my greenhouse owner said they need

Yes…he gets nutrients with every watering. His jugs all had liquid in them as well as bugs. He gets watered regularly to stay wet…

No AC yet…nice temps to keep the windows open. He’s not near any windows so he’s not getting a draft. I’m baffled! I’ve done nothing different in my routine.

Huh yeah, me too, only thing I can think is pests or it’s just cycling normally through pitchers
