Could be over watering? Do you have pest?

I really hope it’s over watering! I check my plants regularly and just did a much more thorough search and I can’t see anything moving. The only pest I’ve dealt with are spider mites, that was almost a year ago in a different house.

You may check for root rot as well.  
The soil may not be draining
